SMS Consent & Opt-In Disclosure
How Consent Is Collected
End-users provide consent by voluntarily calling a home service business that uses CallRecover. When a call is missed, the business's voicemail greeting explicitly informs the caller that they will receive a text message follow-up.
By hearing this disclosure and not opting out, the caller consents to receive SMS messages from CallRecover on behalf of that business. This constitutes verbal opt-in via an IVR/voicemail greeting.

Note: [Johnson Plumbing] is a placeholder. Each subscribing business customizes the greeting with their own name.
